- 1 cup pumpkin puree

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and spices in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and add to mixture.
- Stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour filling into pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 40 more minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
