- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai chilies, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 10 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in bell pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, then pour over beef.
- Toss in basil leaves and cook until wilted, about 30 seconds.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
