- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add beef cubes to the marinade, coat evenly, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated beef onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, basting with leftover marinade.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Soak skewers for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Do not reuse marinade after raw meat contact.
- Adjust grill time for desired doneness.
