Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add beef cubes to the marinade, coat evenly, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated beef onto soaked skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, basting with leftover marinade.
  6. Serve hot.
