- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, mussels, and squid. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add lemon slices and parsley. Stir gently.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until seafood is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with a garnish of fresh parsley.
