- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, cubed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup edamame, shelled
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 sheet nori, shredded
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the spicy mayo.
- Add cubed tuna to the spicy mayo and toss to coat evenly.
- Divide cooked rice between two bowls.
- Top rice with spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, edamame, carrots, and radishes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and shredded nori over the bowl.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh sushi-grade tuna for the best flavor.
- Adjust the sriracha to your preferred spice level.
- For extra crunch, add tempura flakes.
