Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 sheet nori, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the spicy mayo.
  2. Add cubed tuna to the spicy mayo and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Divide cooked rice between two bowls.
  4. Top rice with spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, edamame, carrots, and radishes.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and shredded nori over the bowl.
  6. Serve immediately.
