- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Mix sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- For extra crispiness, broil wings for 2-3 minutes after saucing.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
