Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and pour over boiled seafood.

- Adjust spice levels to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
