15-Minute Seafood Boil Sauce – Insanely Flavorful & Easy

A flavorful seafood boil sauce perfect for shrimp, crab, or lobster.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and pour over boiled seafood.
