- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 oz tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce. Mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Fresh herbs can replace dried ones for stronger flavor.
- Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
