Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce. Mix well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese.

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
