Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked.
  5. In a bowl, combine rice, black beans, corn, and cooked chicken.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over the bowl and garnish with cilantro.
