- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add seafood and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.
- Add cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss in cooked pasta and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
