- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add seafood and cook until done.
- Mix ricotta, Parmesan, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer marinara sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and seafood in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
