Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Melt butter in the pan.
  3. Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the white is set.
  4. Flip the egg and place the cheese slice on top.
  5. Toast the bread slices lightly.
  6. Place the cooked egg with cheese between the bread slices.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve warm.
