Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, onion, and chicken broth in your crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. Mash potatoes slightly to thicken the soup.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with bacon and chives before serving.
