Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 pork sausages
- 1/2 cup baked beans
- 1 tomato, halved
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the sausages until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.
- Add the tomato halves and mushrooms to the pan. Cook until softened. Set aside.
- Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan.
- Fry or scramble the eggs to your preference.
- Toast the bread and butter it lightly.
- Arrange all the cooked items on a plate and serve immediately.
