Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add sliced steak to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Stir-fry beef for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan.
- Add onions, garlic, and peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan and toss with vegetables.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot with rice.
Notes
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.
- Use high heat for a good sear.
- Adjust sauce ingredients to taste.
