Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add sliced steak to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  4. Stir-fry beef for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan.
  5. Add onions, garlic, and peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Return beef to the pan and toss with vegetables.
  7. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
