Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken fillet, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • You can use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
