Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken fillet, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- You can use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
- Serve with tzatziki or hummus for extra flavor.
