- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, basil, and oregano. Bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with pasta or crusty bread.
