Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Add beef and onion to the marinade. Coat evenly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
