  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Place chicken fillets in a baking dish and coat evenly with the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
