  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Transfer the turkey to a slow cooker.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, garlic, and spices to the slow cooker.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and stir well.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir and serve hot with optional toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or cilantro.
