- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub Mahi-Mahi fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Grill fish for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Flake the fish into chunks using a fork.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce if desired.
- Serve with lime wedges.
