- 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
- Gently lift the meat from the shell and place it on top.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Keep an eye on the grill to prevent burning.
- Serve with extra melted butter for dipping.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
