Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Lower heat and add butter and minced garlic.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the steak in garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Let the steak rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
- Use high heat for a good sear.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
