- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh mint, chopped
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly.
- Slice strawberries, halve grapes, dice mango, and slice banana and kiwi.
- Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
- Drizzle honey and lime juice over the fruit.
- Sprinkle fresh mint on top.
- Toss gently to mix.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm fruits for best texture.
- Add fruits just before serving to prevent browning.
- Adjust honey and lime juice to taste.
