Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in teriyaki sauce and honey. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot over rice.
