- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and honey. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot over rice.

- Use low-sodium teriyaki sauce for a healthier option.
- Add more vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms if desired.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
