- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (2-3 minutes per side).
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss cooked linguine with shrimp and sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level
- Substitute chicken broth if you don’t have white wine
