Ingredients

  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200g scallops
  • 200g mussels, cleaned
  • 200g clams, cleaned
  • 200g squid, sliced into rings
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and squid with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Arrange the seafood on a baking tray or grill pan, and place lemon slices on top.
  4. Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
