- 200g mussels, cleaned
- 200g clams, cleaned
- 200g squid, sliced into rings
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and squid with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange the seafood on a baking tray or grill pan, and place lemon slices on top.
- Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
