Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add seafood and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to turn opaque.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and white wine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan, mix well, and garnish with parsley.
