- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and scallops, cook for 3 minutes per side.
- Add mussels and lemon slices, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Serve hot.
