- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: fruit jam or Nutella for filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon evenly over the pastry.
- If using jam or Nutella, spread a thin layer over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- You can customize with nuts or chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
