Instructions
- Grind pistachios into a fine powder.
- Heat sugar and water in a pan until dissolved.
- Mix pistachio powder into the syrup.
- Whip cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold pistachio mixture into whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
