- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.

- You can add noodles or rice in the last 30 minutes.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
