- 500g potatoes (cut into fries)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into tenders and pat dry.
- Season flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each tender in flour, then beaten eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C (350°F).
- Fry chicken tenders for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Cut potatoes into fries and fry in the same oil for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Drain fries and season with salt.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
