Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken fillets until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir until spinach wilts.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
