Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken fillets until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir until spinach wilts.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
