Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup aioli sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with aioli sauce.

  • Chill the patties for 30 minutes before cooking for better texture.
