- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup aioli sauce
Instructions
- Mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with aioli sauce.

- Use fresh crab meat for best results.
- Chill the patties for 30 minutes before cooking for better texture.
