- 1 large romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the dressing to the lettuce and toss well.
- Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add anchovies to the dressing.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
- Make your own croutons by toasting cubed bread with olive oil.
