- 2 cups rice
- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
- Add chicken fillets and cook until browned on both sides.
- Stir in rice, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

- You can add vegetables like carrots or peas for extra flavor.
