- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 16 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
- Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and turns golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Swap Alfredo sauce for homemade if preferred.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
