Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Lay out tortillas and spread dressing evenly on each.
- Divide chicken mixture among tortillas.
- Top with lettuce, celery, carrots, and blue cheese.
- Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
