- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using).
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
- Adjust hot sauce to taste for more or less heat.
- Serve with tortilla chips, celery, or carrot sticks.
