Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in black beans, kidney beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Add taco seasoning, beef broth, and water. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with optional toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips.
