Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, scramble the egg and set aside.
- Sauté garlic, carrots, and peas until tender.
- Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cooked beef. Stir well.
- Mix in the scrambled egg.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use day-old rice for best texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add green onions for extra flavor.
