- 1 lb ziti pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ziti pasta according to package directions, then drain.
- Brown Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles.
- Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Mix cooked pasta, sausage, spinach, marinara sauce, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use hot or mild Italian sausage based on your preference.
- Substitute ricotta cheese for a creamier texture.
